FAQ
Common questions about Proposal Recovery audits.
What is Proposal Recovery?
A fixed-scope written audit for B2B teams. Two audits: the Inbound Response Audit checks what happens to a new demo, contact, or quote request; the Proposal Pipeline Recovery Audit reviews stalled proposals and old deals. Each ends in one written report with specific fixes.
Is this software, or a RevOps/consulting retainer?
Neither. There is nothing to install and no ongoing engagement. You buy a single audit with a defined deliverable, delivered once in writing. If you want a strategy retainer or a CRM build, this is not that.
Do we need a call?
No. The whole thing runs async in writing. You send a short request and the inputs; you get the report back. No discovery call, no meetings.
Do you need CRM access?
No. For the Inbound Response Audit I can start from your public form URL alone. For the Pipeline Recovery Audit a redacted export is enough. No logins, no system access.
What if I only have limited data?
That is fine, and for the inbound audit it is the norm. The form URL is enough to start; redacted examples only make the findings sharper.
What exactly do I receive?
For the Inbound Response Audit: a response-time score, a follow-up review, a rewritten first reply, a 3-step follow-up sequence, and 3–5 prioritized fixes. For the Pipeline Recovery Audit: an opportunity score, a likely stall reason per deal, a recovery priority ranking, and a written reactivation sequence.
Can I see a sample before I start?
Yes. The sample audit page shows a full, redacted example report: real format, fabricated data, no fake client and no made-up results.
Do you contact my customers?
No. I never contact your buyers, and I never send outreach on your behalf. You receive the messages to send yourself, if and when you choose to.
Will the test inquiry confuse my team?
No. I only send it after you approve it, it's clearly identified so no one mistakes it for a real lead, and you choose the timing. If you'd rather no test is sent at all, send me redacted real examples instead.
Can I redact sensitive data?
Yes. Remove customer names, emails, phone numbers, company names, and deal values first. The audit works from patterns, dates, stages, and message structure.
How much does it cost?
Each audit is fixed-scope with fixed pricing: no open-ended hours. Send a short note about your situation and you get a flat quote back before anything starts.
Do you guarantee recovered revenue?
No. The audit shows where you are leaking and what to fix. What you recover depends on your market, timing, offer, and follow-through, so there is no revenue guarantee and no invented projection.
